The apartments are situated in the heart of Malia 1 km away from the sandy beach, central but quiet between Agios Nikolaos and the capital city of Heraklion.

The complex recently built in 2004, consists of apartments and maisonettes (17 in total) in warm earthly colors. All of them are fully equipped. Their facilities include: air condition, kitchen, refrigerator, telephone and internet capabilities, safe box, satellite TV, shower or bath W.C. and balcony or veranda with wonderful pool view.
