This beautiful Mediterranean holiday villa is located in Xerokampos, a village on the south-east coast of Crete. With five bedrooms and three kitchens, spread over three floors, the house is ideal for receiving children, grandchildren and other visitors. The total living space is 363m². The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and olive trees on more than 5000m² of private land. The villa was built in 1996 by the owners under architecture. The villa is called "O Kybos" or "the cube" because the measurements in all directions are exactly 11 m by 11 m by 11 m . The villa comprises three floors: Penthouse The penthouse penthouse apartment is on the third floor. This apartment consists of a sitting room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with bathroom with shower and double sink, a separate toilet and a large, partly covered terrace with built-in barbecue. First floor On the first floor is an apartment with large living / dining kitchen with sitting and fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom with shower and double sink and a second bedroom with washbasin, a separate toilet. All rooms have access to a large covered terrace. Ground floor On the ground floor are two studio apartments, each with bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The studios both have direct access to the terrace and garden. The two studios share a kitchenette. Because of the location of the terraces in the house and the garden you can always choose between spots in the sun or in the shade. There is ample room for the construction of a swimming pool or a helicopter landing site. The car can be parked out of sight under a canopy, so that it is always in the shade.
